Teenage boy fighting for life after being stabbed on bus in Ilford
A teenager is fighting for their life after being stabbed on-board a bus in Ilford. The boy was found injured with a stab wound on Saturday at around 5:25pm in Ilford High Road.
Officers were called to the scene following reports of a male injured. Police from the Met attended along with the London Ambulance Service.
The victim, 17, is understood to have been stabbed while on a route 145 bus. Shortly after the incident he left the bus at Lynton House, Ilford High Road and emergency services were called.

Met officers are working alongside detectives from the Roads and Transport Policing Command to investigate the circumstances behind the incident. There have no arrests so far.
A Met Police spokesperson said: "An investigation is ongoing after a teenager was stabbed in Ilford. Police were called at around 17.25hrs on Saturday, 16 November to Ilford High Road to reports of a male injured.
"Officers attended the scene along with the London Ambulance Service. A 17-year-old was discovered with a stab wound. He was taken to hospital where he remains in a life-threatening condition.
"It is understood the victim was stabbed while on a route 145 bus. Shortly after the incident he left the bus at Lynton House, Ilford High Road and emergency services were called.
"Detectives from the Roads and Transport Policing Command are carrying out a number of fast-time enquiries, including examination of CCTV and speaking with witnesses. There has been no arrest at this time. Anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting CAD 5522/16NOV."
