This is the white-washed Tenerife property where Jay Slater was last seen in the company of two British men.

Casa Abuela Tina, a holiday home listed online for rentals, is annexed to a bar and restaurant on the edge of the village of Masca. Two men, believed to have spent the previous night with Jay, reportedly rented the place and are said to have flown back to Britain yesterday after checking out.

Jay, 19, from Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire, uploaded a photo showing him smoking on its steps shortly before he disappeared.

An employee from the adjacent establishment said: "The two British men have left. I think it was yesterday but I'm not sure."

Despite efforts, the young apprentice bricklayers current location is a mystery since his disappearance on Monday, reports the Mirror.

His friend Lucy Mae Law sounded the alarm following a concerning call from Jay at about 8am on Monday, during which he mentioned he was making his way back to their accommodation in the south of the island. He indicated that he was dehydrated and his phone battery was almost depleted.

After the call, communication was lost as Jay's phone battery died, and his final known position was pinpointed to Rural de Teno, a rugged area of the island. In response to the situation, his family members have travelled to Tenerife to join the search efforts.

Lucy expressed her dissatisfaction with the Civil Guard's search efforts, stating "we need British police". Speaking to the Mirror, she said: "We need British police here. I just want to find my mate. He's been missing three days. It's not looking good now. We feel as though it's down to us to find him and that we're doing more than the police."
