Commuters are facing morning rush hour chaos after signal failures crippled three major Tube lines.

Anti-clockwise Circle line services have been suspended completely due to signalling problems at Gloucester Road.

And there are severe delays on the District line due to the same issues at West Kensington.

The line has been suspended between Earl’s Court and Ealing Broadway while TfL engineers fix the problem.

Meanwhile a signal failure at Ealing Common caused severe delays on the Piccadilly Line between Acton Town and Uxbridge.

Commuters took to social media to vent their frustration.

One sarcastic traveller wrote on Twitter: “Barely been open an hour and you’ve broken down. Great Service!!!”

Another District line passenger took a similar tone writing: “Every day without fail. Congratulations on your hopelessness.”

A good service is operating on all other routes, including on the busy Central, Northern and Victoria lines.

It comes after commuters faced rush hour misery last night when four Tube lines and several Overground services were hit by delays and cancellations.

A TfL spokesperson said: "We apologise for the disruption caused to Tube customers using the Piccadilly, Circle and District lines this morning.

"We are working hard to restore a good service as quickly as possible."
