An iconic cliff in Devon dramatically collapsed onto a popular beach at Budleigh Salterton on Tuesday. The video filmed on December 7 captures the moment that a section of the cliff collapses onto the beach below with little warning. Nearby walkers narrowly escaped with their lives it was lucky that it was a cold day with only few people around. This section of cliff forms the western end of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site and is part of the Lower Triassic Budleigh Salterton Pebble Beds.
