The new series promises high drama with the arrival of Lady Diana Spencer and her relationship with Prince Charles as well as tensions between the Queen and Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher.
Oscar-winning actress Olivia Colman returns as Queen Elizabeth II, alongside Helena Bonham Carter as Princess Margaret and Josh O’Connor as Prince Charles, joined by Emma Corrin as Diana and Gillian Anderson as Thatcher.
