This Gadget Could Do Away With Toilet Roll Forever

A new gadget could free us all from ‘barbaric’ toilet paper forever, its Canadian creator boasts.

The ‘Tushy’ clips on to the side of any normal toilet, and turns it into a Continental style bidet.

Its creator hopes that the gadget could change the toilet habits of British people - saying that using paper is ‘barbaric’.

The £35 ‘mini bidet’ comes in two models, one with a warm spray of water, and one with a cold spray.

'It shoots a precise spray of water exactly where you need it, and leaves you feeling clean and refreshed,' says creator Miki Agrawal (a Canadian).

'All over the world — in Europe, Asia, the Middle East – people use bidets. Using toilet paper to clean your butt is barbaric!'

She advises that you might want to use one sheet of paper afterwards, just to dry yourself off.

'The warm water hose connects to your sink pipe so the warm and cool water Tushy works best when your toilet is adjacent to the sink,' the website says.
