Thousands of tourists flocked to Mount Tai at night time during China’s National Day holiday. Video filmed in the city of Tai'an in Shandong Province on October 1 shows thousands of tourists climbing up Mount Tai at night to wait for the sunrise in the morning. A tourist Mr Zheng said it did not take too much energy for him to climb to the mountaintop as tourists behind him pushed him forward. Since the tourists had reached the maximum capacity, the scenic spot stopped selling tickets twice from 4 pm October 1 to 5 am October 2 and 4 pm October 21 to 5 am October 3. The video was provided by local media with permission.
