Three-Alarm Fire Breaks Out at Construction Site in Upland, California

A three-alarm fire broke out at “multiple” apartment buildings under construction in Upland, California, early on Wednesday morning, December 1, San Bernardino County Fire said.

This video taken by Twitter user @LadyVonEssa shows flames at the construction site early on Wednesday morning. She said that by the time she started recording, a building had “already collapsed.”
