Three children arrested after schoolboy 'attacked' in Reddish
Three children have been arrested after a schoolboy was allegedly attacked in Reddish. The incident happened at the junction of Greg Street and Reddish Road at around 3.20pm yesterday afternoon (Thursday).
Unconfirmed accounts on social media say the victim had a brace on his leg and was with his younger sister at the time of the incident.
Greater Manchester Police (GMP) have confirmed they were called to the scene by paramedics after receiving reports of a "suspected assault."

The 13 year-old suffered "superficial injuries to his face", the force said. Three youths aged 12, 13 and 14 have been arrested on suspicion of assault. They have been bailed pending further enquiries.
GMP are now asking for any witnesses or anyone with information to come forward. A spokesperson said: "Officers continue to appeal for anyone with information, this happened on a busy road and someone may have a key piece on information that could assist our enquiries.
