Three girls threatened in York residential street 'left shaken'

Three girls were 'left shaken' after they were threatened by a teenage boy.

It happened on Kirkcroft in Haxby, close to the junction with Greenshaw Drive on Friday, September 13, between 9.10pm and 9.25pm. The teenage boy was riding a bicycle. The girls were unharmed but 'left shaken', according to police.

A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: "We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident. Officers are asking for anyone who has seen the incident or who has any information which will help the investigation to come forward."
