Tigers Chill (Quite Literally) in Snow at Denver Zoo

Two Amur tigers enjoyed a snow day at Denver Zoo recently, footage posted on Facebook on December 2 shows.

The footage by the zoo shows resident tigers Yuri and Nikita taking the cold weather in their stride.

The pair prowl around and lie about in their enclosure, which the white stuff had temporarily transformed into a winter wonderland.

The Amur tiger is the largest subspecies of tiger, and with a natural range across Russia’s far east, they are perfectly at home in the snow. Credit: Denver Zoo via Storyful
