A webcam in Hansville, Washington, captured a stunning timelapse video of a rainbow appearing above the Puget Sound.
One of Greg Johnson’s webcams documented the rainbow briefly showing up before vanishing within the space of a few minutes on November 17.
“A brief rainbow between squalls. Modest winds here,” Johnson wrote on a Twitter post that featured the video.
Johnson has three cameras that take pictures every 20 seconds every day. He wrote on the Skunk Bay Weather website that the purpose of the website is to provide weather information and “have some fun”. Credit: Greg Johnson via Storyful
