The opening game of a bumper weekend of GAA action sees Tyrone and Cork clash in round three of Group Three in the All-Ireland SFC.

The Rebels are the only team assured of their place in the knockout stage after back-to-back wins over Clare and Donegal.

For Tyrone, they can finish in each of the four positions in the table and face elimination from the Championship if Clare pull off an unlikely result against Donegal, albeit scoring difference could still be enough to see the Red Hands though.

Tyrone can top the group if they defeat the Rebels and Donegal fail to beat Clare by two points more than Tyrone’s winning margin while a draw is enough for Cork to finish top and progress straight through to the quarter-finals.

John Cleary’s side will also enjoy the backing of the majority of supporters at Glenisk O’Connor Park with the game forming a double-header with the hurling preliminary quarter-final between Offaly and Cork.
