Timelapse Shows Commute Through New York After Heavy Snowfall

A cyclist recorded timelapse footage of their New York commute on Friday, December 18, after heavy snowstorms swept through the region.

This footage, originally uploaded to Twitter, shows walkways covered in thick snow and streets left slick and slippery by the storm.

The snow was brought by a nor’easter as it moved along the US East Coast on December 16 and 17. New York City recorded 10 inches of snow, according to the National Weather Service.. Credit: @ilan via Storyful
