Times Square EarthCam Shows New Yorkers Trudging Through Heavy Snowfall

New York City’s Times Square was covered in snow as a winter storm hit the area on Monday morning, February 1. Wintry conditions were forecast to continue throughout the day, according to the National Weather Service.

The NWS said that the area could receive up to 24 inches of snow, with wind gusts up to 40 mph into Monday evening.
