A small dog did not appear to appreciate a Colorado man’s well-planned snow-removal strategy, as he used a giant shovel in four increments to keep his driveway clear as snow buried the area on February 23.

This video, filmed by T Gardner, was captured in Pagosa Springs, Gardner said. He captioned the footage, “This is the 4th time shoveling the driveway today.”

Snow covered parts of southwest Colorado on Thursday, February 23, as the National Weather Service issued snow squall warnings for some areas.

But it hasn't all been bad.While the extreme weather has caused massive damage, the storms have also replenished California's sorely depleted network of reservoirs and its Sierra Nevada mountain snowpack, a critical source of water for the state.
