Titanic families furious over novelty "Tubtanic" plug that sinks in the bath

Relatives of passengers who died aboard the Titanic have criticised a 'Tubtanic' bath plug for being "distasteful and sick."

The plastic ship is designed to look like the doomed liner and appears to sink when water fills the bath.

According to makers Paladone it enables people to "re-enact the famous sinking-ship scene in the comfort of your own bathtub".

However, following complaints about the product Paladone has apologised.
