Toadie believes there's a possibility that Sam worked out Sonya was his wife during their sessions and has been feeding him bad advice to keep them estranged. When confronted, Sam denies this. However, when Toadie questions whether he still has feelings for Sonya, Sam can't answer in the negative.

Later, Sonya and Sam meet and decide to remain friends despite the unfortunate circumstances. As they reconnect over a shared anecdote, we see that the spark is still very much alive between them. Does Toadie have good reason to be suspicious of Sam's motives?

Meanwhile, Jack hears Hamish making excuses for the delay of his donation to the wellness centre. Experienced with showy yet reluctant benefactors, Jack worries that Hamish doesn't intend to come through with the money and pushes him on it. Jack also approaches Mark with his concerns, inflating Mark's already poor opinion of Hamish.

Elsewhere, Mark and Hamish end up in a scuffle on the boat. Hamish falls and hits his head on the deck, but as Mark calls the emergency services, we see that Hamish is faking being unconscious. Will Tyler be fooled for a second time?
