A two-year-old boy died after shooting himself in the head with a gun he found in his home.

Christopher Williams Junior died shooting himself with his father’s 9mm handgun that is believed to have been left unsecured at the family home in Houston.

According to reports, Texas police said the youngster’s parents were home at the time of the shooting on Sunday.
