The contestants' performances on tonight's first live episode of The Voice UK took us on a bit of a rollercoaster, ranging from some fierce and fantastic numbers to some slightly less impressive turns on the stage.
But if we could rely on anyone to bring a bit of last-minute magic to the show, that person would definitely be Sir Tom Jones, who wasted no time in showing the acts how it's done with a rendition of one of his classic singles.
While the public's votes tonight (March 4) were being counted, Tom gave his first solo performance of the series and brought the house down with a performance of his The Full Monty hit 'You Can Leave Your Hat On'.
You can tell how much the audience loved it by the ringing left in your eyes by the end of the clip.
And that's not even mentioning the judges' own reactions, with will.i.am's maintaining a very enthusiastic standing ovation throughout (in between dancing) and Gavin Rossdale applauding with the best of them:
Tonight saw Team J-Hud perform for their chance to earn a place in the show's quarter-finals.
After the votes were counted, it was announced that Mo Adeniran and Jamie Miller would go through, with Jennifer Hudson also deciding that Jack Bruley would get the third and final place.
That meant we had to say goodbye to David Jackson, Tim Gallagher and Georgie Braggins.
Tomorrow night Team Tom will face the public during their own live knockout show, and Jennifer Hudson will be looking to do a little spotlight-stealing of her own as she performs her new single too.
The Voice UK airs on ITV.
