Anything involving Sir Tom Jones is magical, let's be honest – so it came as no surprise that him signing on the first part of The Voice UK final tonight (April 1) was an absolute belter.

Duetting with his last remaining act, Into The Ark, the Welsh legend and his group got everyone on their feet with a rendition of 'Hold On I'm Coming' by Sam and Dave.

Clearly basking in the afterglow of singing with Sir Tom, the boys from the group described the performance afterwards as "the most enjoyable experience of [their] life".

"I was loving it!" Tom added. "It's my kind of music to start with. This is the first time a duo has got this far on The Voice. One of the reasons being they can sing so many different things."

Can we just let Tom win The Voice, yeah?

This evening's final has seen tributes to legends that we have lost, including an opening performance from the coaches that paid respect to the late George Michael.

On top of that, contestant Michelle John stunned with a cover of Prince's 'Purple Rain'.

Jamie Miller, Michelle, Mo Adeniran and Into The Ark are battling out for the winner's crown of this excellent 2017 series. One act has been eliminated this evening, with the eventual winner to be announced tomorrow evening.

The Voice UK airs on ITV.
