Who is Tommy Fury? The boxer and Love Island star fighting Jake Paul
Tommy Fury is known as a few things - the younger brother of Tyson Fury, the boyfriend of Molly-Mae Hague and a Love Island star.
But besides all that he's a professional boxer who will face YouTuber Jake Paul in a hotly-anticipated fight on Sunday that has been postponed twice.
Fury’s family connections
Tommy Fury is the younger half-brother of world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury.
The older Fury brother has jokingly warned Tommy that he can stay in Saudi Arabia and change their famous surname if he loses to Paul.
His father John Fury was also a professional boxer.
Tommy Fury was born in 1999 in Manchester.
Love Island star
The 23-year-old took time off boxing in 2019 to enter the Love Island villa, where he met his partner Molly-Mae Hague.
The couple finished in second place. In January 2023, they welcomed their first child, a girl named Bambi.
Before the couple had announced the birth, Paul shared the news publicly, tweeting "Tommy has no excuses now…Baby's born."
Fury told the BBC that Hague deserves more credit for putting up with him being away training while she looks after their daughter.
He said the fight was so serious he had been unable to take much time away from training camp, saying "Molly's took it upon herself to deal with everything herself".
Fury’s Instagram following has grown to 4.5 million since his stint in the villa, and he has collaborated with brands including Aldi and Gym Group.

Fury’s boxing career
Fury - whose nickname is TNT - made his professional boxing debut in 2018.
Since then he’s fought and won eight matches, four of them by knockout.
He was originally scheduled to fight Paul in December 2021 but pulled out due to a “severe chest infection and broken rib”.
The fight was rescheduled for August 2022 in the US - but Fury’s visa issues meant he could not enter the country.
Both fighters have been talking a big game in the run-up to the match.
Fury said his sparring sessions to prepare for this bout have been "brutal" and promised to end Paul’s professional career.
"Boxing is about skill and class and this man doesn't have any of it,” he said.
Paul’s coach hit back, saying Paul will be "demolishing" Fury.
