“Newspapers. As there is very little going on at the moment, I thought you’d like to see our new Grand Tour logo,” Jeremy tweeted while jokingly referencing all of the fallout from the recent EU Referendum result.

Due to kick-start in the autumn, the Grand Tour features former Top Gear presenters Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May reuniting to discuss their favourite topic: cars.

Each of the series’ 12 episodes will be filmed in a different location, with all of the pre-recorded studio segments filmed in front of a live studio audience.

And if you want tickets, you’re in luck – the 56-year-old motoring enthusiast posted a link on his Twitter page allowing fans the opportunity to request FREE studio admission, writing: “You want tickets for our new show?”

One slight snag though, anyone who applies will need to be able to travel (unless you reside in the respective country), since the first episode is set to be recorded on Sunday 17th July in Johannesburg, South Africa.

“It’s sort of a ‘grand tour’, if you like,” Clarkson stated (the obvious).
