Tornado Sirens Blare in Muskogee

Sirens indicating a tornado had been spotted were heard in Muskogee, Oklahoma, on the afternoon of Friday, January 10, during a period of severe storms.

Strong circulation was reported in the area and a tornado remained possible into the evening across Keefton, Braggs, and Muskogee, according to local channel KOTV.

The National Weather Service said the storms, which could cause “rapid onset flooding,” could produce two to four inches of rain.
