Tornado-Warned Storms Damage Kansas City Area

The National Weather Service (NWS) confirmed at least one tornado formed amid severe storms over eastern Kansas and western Missouri from June 7 into June 8.

According to the NWS, it was “a crazy night” for the Kansas City metropolitan region as a system of severe thunderstorms packing rain, wind, and hail hit the region.
