Torrential Rain Brings Flooding to Streets of Albany

The National Weather Service in Albany issued a flood warning on June 8 amid what it said were “torrential” downpours in the New York state capital.

This footage, posted on Twitter by @TwoButtonsDeep, shows parked cars and traffic swamped by the flood in downtown Albany.
