Torrential Rainfall Brings Flooding to West Hartford, Connecticut

Heavy rainfall and strong thunderstorms from the remnants of Tropical Storm Fred brought flash flooding to areas of West Hartford, Connecticut, on August 19.

This video, taken by Megan Saunders, shows several inches of floodwater inundating a dry-cleaning business’s parking lot.
