Tottenham will face the winners of Sheffield Wednesday and Swansea City in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup should they progress beyond the fifth round this weekend.

Spurs face Rochdale at a newly resurfaced Spotland on Sunday.

Should they be victorious in that, they really should fancy their chances to go all the way, with the semi-final and final being played at their adopted home ground for the season, Wembley.

Tottenham took 180 minutes to see off League two opposition Newport County in the fourth round after a 1-1 draw at Rodney Parade set up a fourth-round replay at Wembley.

Harry Kane was yet again Spurs’ saviour as he equalised late on, after Padraig Amond had sent the home fans into delirium after a well-placed header.

The tie was a lot simpler in the replay for Mauricio Pochettino’s men as an own goal, and Erik Lamela’s strike was enough for Spurs to put their name in the hat for the fifth round.
