Tourist from Korea fighting for life after being struck by driver near Heathrow

A tourist is fighting for her life in hospital after being struck by a car close to Heathrow.

Detectives are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward after the crash at 9.20pm on Monday in the A4 Bath Road.

The 52-year-old woman, who recently arrived on a flight from South Korea, was hit by a driver in a Ford Fiesta.

She suffered serious injuries and was taken to a north London hospital.

Her condition remains critical on Friday. Her family has been notified about her injuries.

The driver of the car stopped at the scene and is reportedly assisting police with their investigation.
