Tourists plunge into river as suspension bridge breaks in central China

Dozens of tourists plunged into a river as a suspension bridge broke in central China. Video filmed in Zhongmu County in Henan Province on October 1 shows the tourists falling into the river that was more than 1.5-metres-deep. According to reports, the chain on one side of the bridge broke causing it to turn to one side sending over a dozen of tourists into the water. The scenic area staff and kind-hearted tourists help the people in the water get to shore safely. No casualties were reported. The scenic area has been closed for internal rectification.
