Yahoo News TOWIE's Lydia Bright likens ex-boyfriend James Argent to an elephant
Lydia Bright and her ex-boyfriend James 'Arg' Argent recently reunited after a bitter split.
But the former TOWIE star apparently took a dig at her former flame in a podcast when she compared him to an elephant.
Speaking to Made In Chelsea star Jamie Laing on his Private Parts Podcast, she took part in a psychological test where she had to pick two animals.
Lydia revealed her favourite creatures were an angel fish and an elephant, with Jamie saying that that's how she sees herself and her partner.
"So what it’s an elephant? Big and round – maybe if I was still with Arg," she responded.
The couple dated for six years before finally calling it quits in 2016. Arg has since moved on with co-star Gemma Collins.
Arg has been open about his struggle with his weight, and was recently warned by This Morning's Dr Ranj that he needs to lose 10 stone.
"Anything I say is out of love, but it is tough love... Long term, you need to lose 10 stone to get back towards that normal range, and you need to lose 17 inches off your waist," the Strictly Come Dancing star told him.
Arg explained that he knew he had put on a "substantial" amount of weight, noticing more trolling on social media and finding himself checking photos that fans took with him while out and about.
"My friends have always had a laugh and joke about my love of food and the fact I've always been a bit of a chubby, but now it's got to the point where no-one's laughing anymore," he said.
