TOWIE's Megan McKenna & Pete Wicks Are Back On

After filming finished on the latest series of The Only Way Is Essex, the pair – who split ‘for good’ just two months ago – have decided to give their relationship another go after they realised they couldn’t live without each other.

The pair first split several months ago after Pete was caught sexting a glamour model, which seems de rigeur for most couples on the show.

Apparently, being away from the cameras 24/7 will allow the pair to rekindle their relationship – the pressures of fame being too much to deal with for the couple who love nothing more than to detail every aspect of their relationship on social media.

An insider close to the pair told The Sun: “Megan and Pete still love each other despite everything and they want their time off from TOWIE to be about them and try to rekindle what they had. They realised that the pressure of fame and having the cameras on their relationship was responsible for so many of their problems.

“They’ve now got four months off from Towie so they are going to use this time to focus on them, and enjoy the space and privacy to let their relationship grow.”

The pair are now rumoured to be jetting off on holiday together to get away from the ‘drama’ and ‘judging’ on the show.

The source continued: “One of the main reasons that they’ve waited for filming to complete was because everyone was judging them and everyone had an opinion.

“They’re keeping everything strictly behind the scenes and away from prying eyes in order to not have anyone stick their noses in and interfere.

“The most recent breakup created a lot of drama – especially after Pete was connected to Chloe Sims who has been left fuming from the situation and has fallen out with Megan, so it’s best that everything is done in private.”
