Town centre store reopens after 'high spec' refurbishment
A JEWELLERY store in Swindon's Brunel Shopping Centre has reopened after completing a three-week refurbishment.
Warren James is now back open to the public with what it calls a 'new high-specification fit-out' and says that the work done will 'enhance' the customer experience.
It also says that following the work, the store in Swindon's town centre will have a 'greater product selection and easier ways to shop'.
New features include a TV with models demonstrating ways to wear a range of Warren James products, with new signage and a new-look entrance to the store.
A spokesperson for Warren James commented: “The refurbished store marks a new era for us in Swindon. We’ve had a really positive reaction from customers so far; the store feels clean, modern and has been completed to a high specification, making it an inviting place for the people of Swindon to come and shop.

"I’m looking forward to continuing to welcome customers to the new store and assisting them with their shopping.”
Charlotte Jarrett, asset manager at FI Real Estate Management, commented: “We are committed to enhancing the customer experience at The Brunel. It’s a pleasure to see Warren James’ shared commitment to customer service, with the new store purposefully designed to improve the shopping experience.
"The way customers shop is constantly evolving and it’s great to see Warren James paving the way for modern retail.”
Tim Knowles, founder and managing director of FI Real Estate Management, added: “As a business, we are always focused on innovation. It’s great to see that Warren James shares our passion for advancing the retail landscape and I look forward to continuing our relationship and seeing our customers benefit from the new store.”
Warren James has served customers at The Brunel Shopping Centre since 2013 from its home at 9 Havelock Street
The Stockport-headquartered retailer was launched in 1979 by brother and sister John Coulter and Ann Jones. Warren James now operates in over 225 locations nationwide, with a growing online presence.
Brunel Shopping Centre has been undergoing a lot of change recently, with several shops inside moving to new stores elsewhere, like Waterstones and Boswells Coffee.
Recently, construction workers were spotted ripping out several empty shop units on the 'arcade' side, which is growing emptier and emptier, in what appears to be preparation for work to start tower blocks there.
