The new Toys "R" Us shop-in-shop will open in Liverpool ONE's WHSmith store. To mark the occasion on Saturday, November 23, the store will host a grand opening event for customers from 9am to 1pm.

Geoffrey the Giraffe will be on site for an official ribbon cutting before greeting visitors to the store throughout the morning. The first 50 children visiting the store will also receive a free Toys "R" Us goody bag worth over £15.

"Partnering with Toys "R" Us gives us a leading toys and games range in our stores and means customers have even more reasons to shop with us. We look forward to welcoming many more customers into our store."

Liverpool ONE is the second Merseyside location to receive a Toys "R" Us shop-in-shop. Last month, Southport's WHSmith store launched with a similar grand opening event and became the first local location to re-welcome the company.
