Tragedy as West Lothian man dies while on holiday in Canary Islands
A West Lothian man has tragically died while on holiday in the Canary Islands.
The man reportedly passed away at the weekend while on holiday with his mother in Fuerteventura, with the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development office confirming they are supporting the family.
It is understood the pair were staying at a resort when the tragic incident took place, with the exact cause of death currently unknown.

A FCDO spokesperson said: “We are supporting the family of a British man who has died in Fuerteventura and are in contact with the local authorities.”
