A woman travelled across the country from Liverpool to Sheffield to go to a viral petrol station that has been named the best in the UK by social media users.

Scouser Morgan Bold took to TikTok to share her experience travelling across the country, a whopping 110 miles, to what she claimed was 'the best' petrol station in the UK. "Today I travelled 110 miles to visit the UK's best petrol station," she began the video.

The petrol station in question is a BP petrol station and Spar, located on Bramall Lane in Sheffield, which has gone viral on social media platforms like TikTok due to its big selection of food and snack options. Three things particularly made her giddy - the frozen Tango Ice Blast Machines, the nachos station and the sit-down Subway eatery.

"Inside there's eight Tango Ice Blast machines with limited edition flavours Fanta Lemon and frozen Coca Cola," Morgan shared. "There's 10 different types of frozen milkshakes and they've even got their own nachos bar.

She went on to explain that the Spar garage had received millions of views across multiple social media platforms, with people amazed at the large stock of different foods and drinks all in one place.

"It's got all your favourite viral foods and drinks under the one roof. Got a huge American foods and drink range as well, I've never seen anywhere else in the UK. And that's still not it."

She went on to show the Subway eatery inside the petrol station, which included several tables for you to enjoy your food inside. There were also two Costa express machines, as well as a microwave to heat up their range of healthy prepared meals they also sell.

"Honest to god, it was the gift that keeps on giving," Morgan said. Despite Morgan's excitement about the petrol station, viewers weren't as convinced that the visit was worth the long drive there.

"Actually baffles me that people are travelling cross country to my local petrol station," one person commented. A second person added: "Sheffielders will know this ain’t that deep," while another user said: "why are people spending so much in petrol to go to a petrol station."

"I work for a petrol station myself, we don’t have these but oh my days bet me and my colleagues would think this is just more work for us," one user wrote.
