'Treat them like Man City', Newcastle have detailed analysis dossier on AFC Wimbledon
Newcastle United boss Eddie Howe has said that the Magpies "hospitality" will be paused for 90 minutes against basement boys Wimbledon at St James' Park.
The Magpies face the League Two minnows on Tyneside after agreeing to switch grounds following flooding to Plough Lane last weekend. However, there will be no doubt who the home team is with a crowd approaching the 50,000 mark expected on third round night.
Newcastle donated £15,000 to Wimbledon's fund raising project to replace the pitch that was damaged last week but Howe is now focused on progress into round four of the Carabao Cup.

When asked when the hospitality ends, Howe told Chronicle Live: "The most important thing from our perspective is that the players are professional.
"We don't underestimate anybody and I certainly don't because of my background. When we were ln League One and League Two in our early coaching days these type of games were unbelievable opportunities for us (Bournemouth) to test ourselves from a team in the higher league.
"And all the rewards that would then come with that, both financially and for the players. So I know how motivated Wimbledon will be for this.
"We need to make sure there is no comedown from the Manchester City game. They are polar opposites really in terms of games you could not get two games more contrasting.
"But what needs to be consistent is our attitude in terms of our performance levels. That is what we will be looking for the players to deliver."
Howe insists that Newcastle have prepared for this game in the same way they did for Man City at the weekend. And Howe insists he has endeavoured to learn as much about Wimbledon's Riley Harbottle as he did with City's Kyle Walker.
Howe said: "It is little bit more difficult because of course with Kyle Walker you will come up against him historically and you will build up a better understanding from playing against these players on a consistent basis.
"One of the beauties of playing in the same league as great players and great coaches is that hopefully you find that little bit more about your team or the opposition or a tactical point.
"One of the beauties of this game is it is a one off game. Our detailed analysis is brilliant.
"We have a team that will unearth everything that we feel is relevant to our preparations.. I will always watch the opposition several times regardless of how well I know them because teams change.
"But in this situation, it is about finding out about Wimbledon really. They have started the season well, they have been hugely impressive and we are going to need to play well."
The message from Howe was clear though as he prepares to take on the League Two outfit in front of a big crowd.
Howe said: "Our preparation will be the same as it would be for a Premier League game. We will take it absolutely seriously.
"We wish them well and hope that they get their ground back to a level where it can host games very soon. For us we take the game seriously whether it is home or away. They have started the season very well and we will take them seriously."
