Tree and Bird Feeder Frozen in Louisville as Ice Storm Hits Kentucky

Freezing rain covered trees, cars and homes with ice in Louisville, Kentucky, as an ice storm brought power outages and dangerous road conditions to the state overnight on February 10.

The National Weather Service said icy conditions were widespread across Kentucky, as it warned motorists to avoid driving and to watch out for fallen powerlines.
