If you, like me, love nothing more than a good old "picky tea" when the weather starts to warm up, then you'll be pleased to know that a new spot in Cleethorpes has opened which offers exactly that - on a whole new level.

Situated on Market Street, Blend Coffee & Bar opened last week and brings to the resort a coffee shop vibe by day, and a relaxed restaurant by night. Decorated in a modern and chic style throughout, the spacious eatery offers two separate menus, with lunch served from 12pm to 5pm, and grazing boards from 5pm to 8pm.

Diners can opt for one of the Mini Boards - a Duo of Cheeses and the Houmous Board - or go bigger and better with one of the Sharing Boards, the biggest of which being The Ultimate Graze.

Described on the menu as "locally sourced cheeses, rustic crackers, olives, pork pie, Scotch eggs, charcuterie selection, fresh veg, crusty bread, oils, chutney, grapes and pickles" it goes without saying that of course, we had to go for this one when visiting Blend on a sunny Saturday evening, because everything on there just sounded so delicious.

Blend itself is a really pleasant place in general, with its comfy, modern "living-room style" vibe, friendly staff and, on this occasion, a live DJ playing some absolute bangers. I think one of the aspects of Blend I like the most is the fact that it's so spacious and you're not crammed in close together with other diners - I feel like this alone makes the place a really relaxing place to be.

The food was served within about 20 minutes, and everything on there looked amazing. After snapping a much-needed picture, we dug in. The cheeses on there included a brie and some type of blue cheese - I'm never usually a big fan of blue cheese, but I actually really liked this one.

The crusty bread smothered in warm, creamy brie, topped with a rich chorizo slice and dunked in the olive oil and balsamic vinegar mixture was just an absolute dream, as were the crackers topped with a slice of the blue and a generous helping of the sweet and sour chutney.

We managed to eat about 90 percent of what was on the board, and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I'd definitely recommend trying The Ultimate Graze if you're as big of a fan of cheese and charcuterie boards as we are - it was truly lovely. The only thing I will say is that I would've liked there to have been some more bread, and maybe one other cheese option. But that aside, it was truly the perfect "picky tea" for a warm Saturday evening, and we'll definitely be back.
