Heavy rain brought on by Tropical Storm Debby triggered severe flooding in parts of southwest Florida on Sunday, August 4, as the storm moved through the region.

This footage was filmed by Justin Bell, who said he filmed it from his home in San Carlos island on Sunday afternoon.
