Tropical Storm Francine Expected to Strengthen Over Gulf of Mexico
Tropical storm Francine was forecast to strengthen into a hurricane before making landfall on the Louisiana coast on Wednesday, September 11, according to the Cooperative Institute for Research in the Atmosphere (CIRA).
Footage released by CIRA shows the storm moving over the Gulf of Mexico from Monday night into Tuesday.
