Tropical Storm Nalgae Destroys Bridge in South Philippines
Tropical Storm Nalgae destroyed a bridge and scattered debris across the municipality of Datu Odin Sinsuat, Philippines, video released on October 28 shows.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the storm, known locally as Tropical Storm Paeng, crossed the southern tip of Catanduanes and made landfall in Camarines Sur on Saturday, October 29, though the storm’s effects were felt before landfall.
On October 28, officials in Datu Odin Sinsuat said 12 people had been killed in the storm.
