Tropical Storm Ophelia Triggers Coastal Flooding in New Jersey

A combination of heavy rain and rising tide triggered coastal flooding in parts of New Jersey on Saturday, September 23, as Tropical Storm Ophelia swept through the region.

By Saturday night, the storm weakened to a post tropical depression but the National Weather Service warned that flooding was still possible for the area on Sunday.
