Tropical Storm Winds and Heavy Rain Lash Coastal South Carolina

Stormy weather rolled into parts of South Carolina in the early hours of July 8, as Tropical Storm Elsa moved north, the National Weather Service said.

Footage taken by Zachary Lane in Surfside Beach shows what he called “buckets” of rain coming down and causing minor street flooding.
