Trucker's epic set up - he cooks full lasagne from scratch on own dashboard

A trucker has revealed how he cooks elaborate homemade meals from his tiny cab - thanks to an impressive mobile kitchen set up. Liam Houghton, 38, spends Monday through Friday living in his truck travelling up to 2,200 miles a week delivering food and pallets for a haulage company. He decided to upgrade his little mobile home - and added a gaming station with flat-screen TV, two consoles and a stack of games. But then he moved on to his cooking set up - and he added a a host of kitchen gadgets to create home cooked meals while on the road. Video taken by Liam for his social media followers shows him preparing a lasagne right in front of his steering wheel.
