Trucks Toppled Amid Strong Winds in Texas Panhandle

Multiple big rig trucks were left toppled on the side of a highway in the Texas Panhandle on December 15 amid powerful winds and dust storms.

The NOAA recorded winds between 80 to 90 mph in some areas. The National Weather Service reported a new highest gust record of 90 mph for the Texas and Oklahoma Panhandles.
