Trump says 'DACA is dead' in post-Easter tweetstorm

President Trump declared on Monday that the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program — an Obama-era immigration policy that protected nearly 800,000 undocumented young immigrants who were brought to the United States as children from deportation — is “dead.” And the president blamed Democrats for its demise, even though he himself effectively ended the program eight months ago.
