Turkey's Deputy Prime Minister Bulent Arinc said on Saturday the Syrian regime was among the suspects after a deadly bomb attack that killed at least 40 people and wounded around 100.

"With their secret services and armed groups, they are certainly one of the usual suspects to instigate and carry out such an outrageous plot," Arinc told NTV television.
