The Justice Secretary has defended the Prime Minister after his ethics adviser criticised him over his handling of the partygate scandal, as the prospect of a leadership challenge moves closer. Lord Geidt suggested that Mr Johnson’s fixed penalty notice may have breached the Ministerial Code, something that Domimic Raab says is not the case.
