A documentary exploring a trial testing psychedelic drugs as a treatment for depression airs tonight.

The interesting film follows a team of scientists and psychotherapists over the course of 16 months as they compare it to a standard antidepressant.

Continuing shows include Johnny Vegas' Carry on Glamping in its second-to-last episode as well as Sewing Bee - and it's Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle Week.

Royal fans can also have a look into the lives of royal mothers-to-be and how things have changed over the years in a Channel 4 documentary.

This week he meets a woman who managed to get herself out of debt and started saving for her own home by living in her sister's garage.

Martin also meets a family who keep food costs at a minimum by foraging.

It's Reduce, Reuse and Recycle Week in the sewing room as the usual contents of the haberdashery are replaced with charity shop clothes and soft furnishings.

First up is the task of making a gentleman's waistcoat out of the second-hand materials provided before moving on the Transformation Challenge where the sewers must work their magic on changing army surplus items into stylish garments for a woman.

In the final test of the episode, denim dresses are created out of old jeans for the Made to Measure.

The film comes as over seven million people are prescribed antidepressants each year in England.

It charts the trial over 16 months, looking into the short and long term impacts on participants.
